Sudoku Blocks is a fun variation of the classic Sudoku game that combines block puzzle elements with puzzle logic. Instead of numbers, the game uses different-shaped blocks, which can be squares, rectangles, or more complex shapes.
Goals of the game:
- Fill the Board: To ensure that no two similar blocks appear in the same row, column, or 3x3 square, you must arrange the blocks on a grid, which is often 9 by 9.
- Make Complete Rows and Columns: When you arrange the blocks on the board, you should aim to make full rows and columns that are devoid of any spaces.
- Obtain a High Score: Numerous Sudoku Blocks variations come with a point system that lets you play against others or yourself.
Instructions
- Choose Your Blocks: A variety of distinct blocks, each with a unique size and form, will be presented to you.
- Stack Blocks: Make sure the blocks adhere to the game's regulations by dragging and dropping them onto the grid.
- Make Combos: Points are awarded for completing a row or column. If you create multiple full rows or columns in a row, you will get bonus points.
- Clear Extra Blocks: Some blocks will be cleared so you can carry on playing if the grid is full and you are unable to add any more blocks.
